Associate Veterinarian

Established in 2016, Stamford Veterinary Center has been providing superior pet care to our patients and clients ever since. In addition to veterinary services, we offer boarding, daycare, and grooming services. We are also close to two highly regarded emergency and referral practices.

Essential Responsibilities & Functions
  • Provide high-quality veterinary care utilizing the latest diagnostics.
  • Build and retain a strong client base with excellent customer service skills.
  • Engage with and contribute to the local community.
  • Inspire others by championing the practice’s objectives and values.
  • Follow established policies and procedures for hospital operations.
  • Handle caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records using SOAP templates.
  • Promote teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
  • Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses for timely care.
  • Educate clients on preventive care, including vaccinations, heartworm, flea, and tick treatments.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
