Hometown Veterinary Hospital offers digital radiography and ultrasound services, with the capability to send images for review by a board-certified radiologist. Our building is 10 years old and features two surgery suites, along with a dental suite equipped with drop-down anesthetic machines. Currently, we have seven exam rooms, with the potential to renovate and create two additional rooms.

Our team leads with compassion and positivity. We are collaborative, empathetic, and fun to work with.

Springfield offers a great blend of city amenities while maintaining a small-town atmosphere. The outdoor activities are abundant, including camping, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and biking. Additionally, there are various theme parks, such as Silver Dollar City, as well as white-water activities. The dining options range from fantastic hole-in-the-wall spots to upscale restaurants.

Work Schedule: We are open Mon-Fri 7 am - 5 pm. No weekends!

Serving Springfield, Republic, Battlefield, Nixa, and Ozark.

You’ll get to know the family and care for the pet year after year. From delivering reliable care, to preventative visits, to being the first one they call when something just feels wrong.

Experience & Skills Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the hiring state prior to start date.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
