Associate Veterinarian: 4-Day, 32-Hour Workweek | AAHA-Accredited Small Animal Practice | Sequim, WA

Blue Mountain Animal Clinic is a family-owned small animal practice on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula, serving Sequim and Clallam County since 1976. We’re AAHA-accredited, voted Best Veterinary Clinic of Clallam County 2026, and have grown from 12 to 32 team members under our owner and Medical Director, Dr. Nicole Wagnon. We’re looking for an associate veterinarian who wants to practice the best medicine, build lasting relationships with clients, and have a life outside of work.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $95,000– $150,000, DOE plus ProSal/production

• PTO is negotiable with contract (minimum 10 days first year)
• CE allowance very generous and negotiable with contract
• License, AVMA/WSVMA dues, DEA, PLIT coverage

• Valid DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one
