Why You'll Love Working With Us
A Team That Truly Shows Up—for Pets and for Each Other
When one of our team members was recovering from surgery, she still offered to step in on a busy day. That’s the kind of commitment and camaraderie you’ll find here. We stay connected through shared values, mutual support, and a sense of purpose that carries through everything we do.
“Dr. Douglas brings great new things to the practice and she’s fun to work with. Everyone works well together with an extraordinary sense of team.” – Office Manager
Compassionate Care That Breaks Financial Barriers
We’re fortunate to have a donor-supported fund that allows us to help pets in need when families face financial hardship. Whether it’s saving a blocked cat or providing urgent care to a beloved pet, these moments bring us back to why we chose veterinary medicine.
“This makes my heart sing.” – Dr. Ellis
Advanced Medicine, Real Mentorship
Whether your interests lie in surgery, dentistry, or exotics (we recently removed bladder stones from a tortoise), we’ll support your professional development. With modern equipment, frequent team rounds, and doctors who love to teach, you’ll never feel like you’re practicing alone. Our Medical Director is a great ultrasonographer and loves to teach and collaborate.
