We are a locally and privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in vibrant Ridgefield, Washington, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team! Our Practice Offers:
Efficiently equipped clinic with digital radiography (including dental), complete in-house lab, Class IV therapeutic laser, ultrasound, and a fully integrated paperless system
Focus on primary care, surgery, and dental services
Ability to practice high-quality medicine without pressure to oversell
Supportive, professional team environment committed to continuous improvement
About the Ideal Candidate:
DVM licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Washington State – new grads and experienced veterinarians are welcome! (We cover licensing fees!)
Holds a current DEA license
Highly motivated, well-rounded, and outgoing professional
Excellent clinical skills with a passion for animal care
Strong communication abilities with both clients and team members
Familiarity with veterinary critical care practices is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary with Pro-Sal compensation (range of $80,000 - $265,000 per year)
