We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned veterinary practice in Northern Virginia. We are committed to providing excellent patient care while creating a supportive, collaborative environment where veterinarians have a genuine voice in the practice.

Unlike corporate practices, our veterinarians are actively involved in developing policies, procedures, and plans for the future of the practice. We believe the doctors providing the care should have a meaningful role in determining how that care is delivered.

A Practice Designed to Support You

Although we are not open to the public 24 hours a day, because we provide boarding services we maintain support staff coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also have a live-in, on-site veterinary nurse, providing continuous support and oversight for our patients and boarders.

Our veterinarians are not expected to provide 24/7 emergency call coverage. After-hours on-call phone responsibility is limited to our staff and boarding clients.

• Full-time: 32–40 hours/week
• Every 3rd Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Limited phone coverage for staff and boarding clients associated with the Saturday/on-call rotation
• No general public emergency-call service
