Our client is an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its team. The hospital provides comprehensive small animal care, seeing a mixture of wellness and sick patients, and offers a collaborative environment supported by modern facilities and advanced technology. Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship.
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care for small animal patients, managing wellness examinations, preventative care, sick patient appointments, and routine surgical procedures. The role involves building strong client relationships, delivering compassionate care, collaborating with an experienced veterinary team, and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with structured mentorship available for those beginning their careers.
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Saturday appointments available as needed, and is closed on Sundays. The recently remodeled AAHA-accredited facility features hands-free radiology, digital radiology, a Tonopen, an in-house pharmacy, and an in-office surgical suite. Services include wellness exams, wellness testing, vaccinations, parasite prevention, flea and tick control, microchipping, weight management, nutritional and behavioral counseling, allergy and dermatology care, diabetes management, geriatric medicine, dentistry with dental radiography, general surgery, routine surgeries, spays and neuters, anesthesia, hospitalization, pain management, health certificates, euthanasia services, ear checks, and advanced diagnostic imaging. The practice provides modern facilities, advanced technology, and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality veterinary care.
The hospital is staffed by two experienced DVMs working in a collaborative and supportive environment. The team emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development while fostering strong relationships with both clients and patients.
