Atlas Consultancy Group seeks an Associate Veterinarian for a busy primary care practice serving Concord and Pleasant Hill, CA. You will handle a varied caseload, including urgent walk-ins, with access to in-house diagnostics and a dedicated surgery suite.
We offer a strong compensation package: base salary $160,000–$180,000 per year, uncapped production bonus, sign-on and relocation support, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement match, PTO, and pet care discounts.
We are working on behalf of a well-established primary care hospital in the Concord and Pleasant Hill area of California that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its experienced, collaborative team.
This is a busy, varied general practice with a loyal client base, and it suits a veterinarian who enjoys clinical variety and a fast-paced day. Alongside scheduled appointments, the hospital makes room for urgent cases, so you will regularly get to work up the more interesting walk-ins rather than turning them away. You will have the tools to practice with confidence, including in-house diagnostics, CardioPet, digital radiography, and a dedicated surgery suite.
The hospital is part of a small network of Northern California practices, which means you also get access to experienced clinicians, shared expertise, mentorship, and clinical and leadership development without losing the feel of a local, community-rooted hospital.
The team is genuinely close. They celebrate wins together, support each other through tough cases, share knowledge across experience levels, and often grab lunch together at the hospital or at one of the many restaurants nearby. The hospital is open seven days a week, and your schedule is agreed with you around the needs of the role and the team.
Compensation is strong, with a $160,000 to $180,000 base plus an uncapped production bonus and no negative accrual, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation support for qualified candidates.
