Riverview Animal Clinic in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley is seeking an associate veterinarian to join a supportive, privately owned team focused on quality care and work-life balance.

You’ll share surgeries, transfer cases to guarantee days off, and work with clients on budgets while delivering wellness, urgent care, and surgical services. Mentorship and a collaborative culture are central to our approach.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed in Washington state to practice veterinary medicine.
• We value teamwork, open communication, and commitment to both patients and clients.
• We expect care for patients, clients, kennel staff and the team.

Responsibilities

We’re a busy, privately owned (and going to stay that way), growing small animal clinic in the beautiful Lewiston Clarkston Valley, and we’re looking for an associate veterinarian who wants to be part of a team.

Here’s what that actually means in our hospital:

• We scrub in together on tough surgeries
• We transfer cases so you actually get your days off
• We ask questions openly because that’s how we all get better
• Our caseload is a mix of wellness, urgent/emergent care, and surgeries so you’ll get variety, growth, and support every step of the way. We believe in doing the right thing for our patients while working with clients’ real-life budget.

Compensation includes:

• Salary with options for pro-sal: $130,000-180,000
• 4-day work weeks with 1 Saturday half day per month + rotating paid per diem evening work (2-3 nights/week, until 9pm).
