Atlas Consultancy Group in Cincinnati is seeking an associate veterinarian to join a long-established small-animal hospital. New graduates and experienced doctors are welcome.
The practice emphasizes general practice medicine, surgery and dentistry with modern in-house diagnostics and a supportive team that values continuity of care. The schedule is flexible across Monday to Saturday with no on-call duties.
Atlas is excited to be working with a long-established small-animal hospital in Cincinnati that has cared for local families’ pets across several generations.
The practice recently moved into a brand-new, purpose-built facility and is looking for an associate veterinarian to join its established team. New graduates and experienced doctors are both welcome to apply.
The hospital is built around general practice medicine: wellness and preventative care, medical workups, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry. Six exam rooms, digital radiography, dental radiography, an in-house laboratory, a dedicated dental suite, and both surgical and therapy lasers give doctors the tools to diagnose and treat a wide range of cases without sending them out. Many clients have brought multiple generations of pets through the same doors, so doctors get to follow patients over the long term and build relationships with families who already trust the hospital’s recommendations.
What sets this practice apart is how long people stay. Many support staff and doctors have been with the hospital for 15 to 30 years or more, which means new veterinarians walk into a team that knows its systems, knows its clients and works well together. Leadership puts respect and genuine working relationships at the centre of the hospital’s culture, and that consistency shows in day-to-day patient care.
Mentorship is shaped around the individual rather than applied as a single program. A new graduate can expect structured guidance as they build confidence in surgery, dentistry and case management, while an experienced doctor can work with more independence. Either way, nobody is left to figure things out alone.
The schedule is flexible across Monday to Saturday, with no on-call responsibilities. For doctors thinking longer term, the hospital offers clear routes into leadership, partnership and eventual ownership.
