Kensington Bird and Animal Hospital in Berlin, Connecticut, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian with expertise in avian and exotic species. The practice operates as a five-doctor, family-owned clinic with a strong commitment to compassionate care for dogs and cats as well.

Our modern facility features Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, Dentistry and Endoscopy to support high-quality care. Proficiency in exotic medicine is required; ACZM/ABVP board certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a DVM or VMD or equivalent.
• Proficiency in exotic animal medicine and surgery.
• Board certification (ACZM or ABVP) not required but preferred.
• Full-time position in Berlin, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care for avian, exotic, canine and feline patients.
• Work as part of a five-doctor, family-owned team.
• Maintain equipment and assist in surgeries and diagnostics.

Kensington Bird and Animal Hospital in Berlin, Connecticut, is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian with proficiency in avian and exotic species.

About Our Practice

We are a five-doctor, family-owned practice focused on avian and exotic medicine and surgery, while remaining dedicated to offering full-service, compassionate care to canine and feline patients. We see a variety of patients, typically about 70% avian and other exotic species and 30% canine and feline patients. Our facility is fully equipped to accommodate a wide array of species, featuring:

• Ultrasound
• Dentistry
• Endoscopy
