Kensington Bird and Animal Hospital in Berlin, Connecticut, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian with proficiency in avian and exotic species. We are a five-doctor, family-owned practice focused on avian and exotic medicine and surgery, while also caring for canine and feline patients.

Our facility is equipped for digital X-ray, ultrasound, dentistry, and endoscopy, and we offer a 401k with employer match, CE allowance, professional organization memberships, licensing and liability

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in avian/exotic animal medicine and surgery.
• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree required.
• Board certification (DACZM or DABVP in avian, small mammal, or reptile) is preferred but not required.

Kensington Bird and Animal Hospital in Berlin, Connecticut, is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian with proficiency in avian and exotic species.

About Our Practice

We are a five-doctor, family-owned practice focused on avian and exotic medicine and surgery, while remaining dedicated to offering full-service, compassionate care to canine and feline patients. We see a variety of patients, typically about 70% avian and other exotic species and 30% canine and feline patients. Our facility is fully equipped to accommodate a wide array of species, featuring:

• Digital X-ray
• Ultrasound
• Dentistry
• Endoscopy

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
