Wealth Enhancement Group seeks an Associate Trust Officer in Scottsdale, AZ to administer trust accounts, ensure compliance, and provide top-tier client service. The role requires independent judgment and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.

The position is onsite with a base salary range of $90,000–$110,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated by work experience, training, or education.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the trust industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• CTFA designation a plus.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• AI literacy with ability to use AI tools in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of client trust accounts with complex structures.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, advisors, and external partners.
• Respond to client questions and coordinate service delivery.
• Oversee distributions, transactions, and daily account activity.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and service quality.
• Review account activity, statements, and fees.
• Oversee tax preparation processes.
• Conduct annual account reviews.
