Carrington West is seeking an Associate Town Planner to join our York team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial planning projects, provide strategic planning advice, and take ownership from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with strong commercial planning experience in a consultancy, capable of client liaison, planning applications, mentoring junior staff, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Chartered Town Planner status (MRTPI or equivalent).
• Strong commercial planning experience in a consultancy.
• Experience managing planning projects and client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of commercial planning projects.
• Provide high-quality planning advice to clients.
• Prepare and submit planning applications.
