Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to provide analytical support across compensation, equity, benefits and recognition. The role focuses on the US and Canada, primarily Operations, with collaboration to support the Westchester Corporate Office.

You will support day-to-day compensation activities, review job evaluations, advise on internal equity, and leverage market data to inform recommendations, as part of the annual cycle and regulatory responses.

Job description

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide Total Rewards analytical support across a diverse range of disciplines – broad-based and executive compensation, equity administration, benefits and recognition.
  • Geographic focus will primarily be United States and Canada with an emphasis on Operations (our largest employee base) as well as supporting our Westchester-based Corporate Office.
  • Additional support of ex-North America may be assigned as capacity and needs of the business dictate.
  • Provide day-to-day compensation support of US and Canada Operations and Westchester-based HR Partners, including reviewing job evaluations, reviewing offers for internal equity, advising on compensation practices and leveraging market data to inform recommendations.
  • Assist in the management and analysis of the annual compensation cycle – Merit, AIP, LTI Monitor and support Ingredion responses to emerging regulations and practices with ownership of related projects, such as FLSA compliance or pay transparency.
  • Collaborate with Guadalajara and Kuala Lumpur Service Centers to drive process improvements, enhance collaboration and increase their understanding of Total Rewards concepts and initiatives.
  • Support North America benefits team in initiatives such as Annual Enrollment, Benefits Committee prep and retirement plan audits.
  • Support People, Compensation and Culture Committee materials prep, annual proxy and equity administration as necessary.
  • Enhance department reporting and analysis through the review, refinement and development of existing and new tools.
  • Improve collaboration and training of HRBPs on rewards processes and concepts.
Qualified Candidates Will Have

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, e.g. making presentations and writing communications
  • Fluent in English

Compensation and Benefits
  • Relocation Available: Yes, Within Country
  • Pay Range: $58,700.00-$78,300.00 Annual. This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
  • Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus.
