Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and vet non-conformances from the field.
• Coordinate with Sales to validate reported non-conformances.
• Lead actions to ensure rapid and effective containment.
• Request returns from manufacturers with complete information.
• Prepare clear problem statements for corrective action reports.
• Provide timely corrective action responses to customers.
• Process recall notifications and identify affected shipments.
• Review open RDRs and aging reports with Product.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers on data collection and resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
