Job summary

Americas Rehab Campus seeks a Behavioral Health Professional to deliver comprehensive therapy to individuals in substance use treatment and related co-occurring disorders. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating with the treatment team to ensure integrated care.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and be eligible for AZBBHE licensure.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for AZBBHE licenses (Associate LAC/LMSW under supervision; LPC/LCSW/LISAC independent).
• Two years of related field experience preferred.
• CPR/FA certification to be obtained within 90 days.
• Background checks and drug/alcohol screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EHR per standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Provide psychoeducation and relapse prevention support.
• Uphold ethics and confidentiality per HIPAA.
