Job summary

Americas Rehab Campuses in Tucson, AZ seeks a Therapist / Behavioral Health Professional to provide comprehensive therapy and clinical services to individuals in treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders. This role includes assessments, treatment planning, group and individual therapy, and documentation within the EHR.

Licensed or license-eligible professionals under AZ state regulations will work under supervision or independently, depending on licensure.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Must hold or be eligible for AZBBHE licenses: Associate LAC/LMSW or Independent LPC/LCSW/LISAC.
Minimum two years of experience preferred.
CPR/FA certification to be obtained within 90 days.
Fingerprint clearance, Handle with Care, and background checks to be cleared.

Responsibilities

Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
Conduct assessments and develop/implement treatment plans.
Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EHR per standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team for discharge planning.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
Provide psychoeducation and relapse prevention support to clients and families.
