This role includes assessments, treatment planning, group and individual therapy, and documentation within the EHR.

Licensed or license-eligible professionals under AZ state regulations will work under supervision or independently, depending on licensure.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Must hold or be eligible for AZBBHE licenses: Associate LAC/LMSW or Independent LPC/LCSW/LISAC.
• Minimum two years of experience preferred.
• CPR/FA certification to be obtained within 90 days.
• Fingerprint clearance, Handle with Care, and background checks to be cleared.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct assessments and develop/implement treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EHR per standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team for discharge planning.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Provide psychoeducation and relapse prevention support to clients and families.
