Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Therapist to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team on site in Shawnee, KS. Responsibilities include leading therapy sessions, psychoeducational groups, and coordinating case management for RTC and OP levels of care.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field, state intervention requirements, supervision, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm, full-time with pay range $55,000-$65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree required.
• Completion of state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions.
• Operates under supervision and is not fully licensed.
• Must possess a current driver's license and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely clinical documentation throughout treatment.
• Establishes therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
• Facilitates admission assessments and processes for new patients.
• Maintains a caseload of 5-6 RTC and 10-15 OP patients and coordinates therapies.
