Job summary

Twisted Oaks Family Therapy Inc in Paso Robles, CA is seeking an Associate Therapist (AMFT, APCC, ASW, or ACSW) to grow with our supportive team and serve individuals and families in our community. You will provide individual, family, children and couples therapy, perform psychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans under supervision to advance toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Active California BBS registration as AMFT/APCC/ASW/ACSW.
• Master's degree in a related field required.
• Strong commitment to accumulating supervised hours toward licensure.
• Experience with evidence-based approaches (CBT/DBT/trauma-informed care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, children and/or couples therapy services to a diverse client population
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment records
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Participate in regular clinical supervision as required by BBS licensure guidelines
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support client goals and outcomes
• Maintain professional ethical standards in accordance with California BBS regulations
