Job summary

Sierra Health and Wellness in Roseville, CA, is seeking Associate or Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT) for our outpatient PHP program serving adolescents.

You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, and participate in team conferences; licensure and a master’s degree required, HIPAA compliance, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/AMFT).
• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
• HIPAA confidentiality and patient rights familiarity. CPR/First Aid cert required.
• Driver’s license valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents.
• Assess and monitor clients’ behaviors during treatment.
• Prepare verbal, written, and statistical reports; participate in staff conferences.
• Collaborate with other agencies and treatment teams as needed.
