Oasis Eating Recovery in Fresno/California seeks a developing clinician to provide comprehensive mental health therapy across individuals, groups, couples, and families. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, benefiting from structured supervision, in-house training, and collaborative case consultations to strengthen clinical skills.

Role emphasizes evidence-based practice and growth through supervision, with opportunities to handle crisis interventions and complex cases in a continuum

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Current state license as a mental health therapist (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) with an active 1st associate number per the applicable Board.
• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health / substance abuse treatment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy.
• Support clients navigating mental health and co-occurring challenges.
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization when needed.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches.
• Deliver care grounded in evidence-based practices (DBT, CBT, CPT, IFS, IPNB, trauma-informed care).
