KLA Corporation in Milpitas, CA is seeking an Associate Test Engineer to advance testing of new technologies. You will perform setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of electrical and optomechanical systems, develop test specs, and prepare reports while collaborating across global teams.

The role requires 4 years of experience (or 2 years with an AS/technical training) and familiarity with oscilloscopes, DVMs, LabVIEW, Linux, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or AS degree or military technical training in a technical discipline.
• 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years with an AS/tech training.
• Hands-on testing of electrical and optomechanical systems and components.
• Ability to read drawings, math formulas and use measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate, troubleshoot circuits, components and assemblies.
• Develop test specifications from blueprints and diagrams.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions to problems.
• We'll work with cross-functional teams across locations.
