Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking an Inside/Field Sales support professional in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The role supports regional and national sales efforts, delivers product training, and informs customers about pricing and policies across the US healthcare landscape.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years outside sales experience, with the ability to travel up to 75% and relocate if required.

Responsabilidades

  • Support regional and national sales teams; gain exposure to US healthcare.

  • Inform customers on pricing, backorders, and company policies.
  • Conduct in-service training for SM products to stakeholders.
  • Plan with RBM/SMC on sales calls and travel, managing time effectively.
  • Develop knowledge of related products and maintain customer relationships.
  • Communicate changes in customer accounts to field teams.
  • Complete all administrative duties per policy.
  • Travel to meet IDS customers as needed.

Job Description

Support the regional sales team (and national sales team as needed)gaining exposure to US healthcare; specifically laboratory, nursing and physician engagement advancing ones' BD Way of Selling and business/industry acumen. Complete sales training learning the IDS portfolio to effectively provide support to field associates. Protect and grow Specimen Management (SM) portfolio. Provide customers product information, data insights, clinical education and product training. Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorder management and company policies. Executes comprehensive in-service of SM products to all concerned individuals. Works closely with field associates (SMC) and Regional Business Manager (RBM) on planning and prioritization of sales calls, managing time and business travel effectively. Develop thorough knowledge of all related products. Work closely with and communicate often with both field associates and RBM, within assigned geography. Inform field associates (SMC)and RBM of significant changes in customer accounts. Report customer complaints in accordance withIDS complaint policies and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with position per policy. Cultivates new and existing customers to establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships. Work a flexible work schedule and travel to meet the needs of IDS customers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience or equivalency.

  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
  • Good judgment and professional behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of Laboratory, Nursing and Medical Device industry.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build and sustain professional relationships with hospital, other sales and corporate office personnel.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued license driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards'.
