Nationwide is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in a Work-From-Home role with occasional in-person travel to partner agencies. Manages a defined renewal book and new business goals with personal underwriting authority to drive profitable results across manufacturing, wholesale, real estate, retail, and food service segments.

The role targets the Northern & Southern California metros (Bay Area, LA, OC) and offers a promotional path into Territory Manager. Based in California is preferred.

This is a developmental territory management & production underwriting role focused on Middle Market accounts across the Manufacturing, Wholesale/Distribution, Real Estate, Retail, and Food Service industry segments. You will own a defined renewal book and new business goal, with personal underwriting authority and accountability for profitable results, and a targeted promotional path into the Territory Manager level. This is a Work-From-Home (WFH) position involving both virtual and occasional in-person travel to key agency partners.
