MillerKnoll seeks an Associate Technology Analyst to support core ERP systems and help optimize enterprise processes.

You will work with Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and Infor OM, translating business needs into actionable requirements and contributing to enhancements and testing. A keen learner with strong communication skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest or experience with Oracle EBS, JDE, or Infor OM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS, JDE, and Infor OM.
  • Translate business needs into clear workflows, requirements, and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades.
  • Create documentation that empowers users and improves understanding.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field

We are seeking a curious, motivated Associate Technology Analyst to help elevate the digital systems that power our operations. In this role, you will support key enterprise applications—Oracle EBS (50%), JD Edwards (25%), and Infor Order Management (25%)—while partnering with teams across the business to solve problems, optimize processes, and help build the tools that shape our next chapter. As MillerKnoll continues to grow, the candidate will be expected to gradually focus more on Infor OM and develop expertise in this system.

Key Responsibilities
