MillerKnoll is seeking a qualified Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. You will support accurate forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans aligned with our design-led business objectives.
In this role you will analyze complex data, compile actionable insights, and communicate them to stakeholders with clarity. The position requires 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Conducts activities in support of large projects or major business units. Typical assignments provide exposure to more complex financial concepts / issues / activities. Participates in the preparation of highly detailed and complex analyses and research for financial forecasts and projections.
Conducts activities in accordance with GAAP and established MillerKnoll guidelines. Conducts financial analysis using advanced and/or specialized accounting and finance principles, concepts, theories and techniques. Assists in development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Works with internal and external sources to collect, validate, and interpret complex data, with the ability to lead communication of more detailed technical information. Continuously increases personal knowledge of the organization and personal business acumen through ongoing learning activities. Conducts activities with limited supervision and shares unusual issues or situations with leadership. Works independently on complex problems / projects that are broad in nature requiring thorough understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals. Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
