Job summary

Ten Degrees by Inpixon is seeking a project leader to drive RTLS initiatives for industrial settings. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, align with stakeholders, and tailor project methods to each engagement.

The role demands strong communication in German and English, plus ability to travel as needed. You will help push Industry 4.0 solutions and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a tech foundation (networks, cloud).
• Experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams using Agile or similar methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of technical projects from initiation to completion with a focus on RTLS in industrial settings.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Adapt project management methodologies to suit each project and drive continuous improvement.

Job description

• Oversee the lifecycle of technical projects from initiation to completion, focusing on RTLS applications in industrial settings. Demonstrate competence in process mapping, requirement analysis, interface definition and configuration, implementation know-how, ability to think outside the box, etc
• Conceptual strength, process-oriented way of thinking and implementation know-how for IT solutions. Acquire and apply a solid understanding of process chains in the field of manufacturing & logistics
• Manage project and coordinate successfully with diverse stakeholders including including internal departments, customers, partners and suppliers
• Adapt and implement project management methodologies to suit the unique requirements of each project
• Over time, develop expertise in RTLS solutions and how they can be applied to enable Industry 4.0. Learn the customer's language and how to solve their specific problems using Inpixon solutions
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and change within the organization. Demonstrate a working style characterized as responsible, persuasive and communicative, collaborative team player, confident, structured, entrepreneurial, and results- and customer-oriented

What We're Looking For

Required Education, Experience, And Competencies

• Degree, certificate or equivalent work experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., information technology, electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, etc.)
• Solid understanding of technology fundamentals (networks, IP addressing, cloud services, etc.) as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and guiding cross-functional teams using agile and/or other project management tools, methodologies and best practices, with an ability to adapt to varying project needs
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English
• Ability to travel to customers (estimated 10-25%)

Desired (But Not Required)

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, GPM, IPMA, Scrum Master)
• Knowledge regarding industrial / Industry 4.0 solutions for manufacturing and logistics with a good understanding about customer problems and process chains in production and intralogistics
• Knowledge regarding real-time location systems (RTLS) and its solutions interconnecting with ERP, WMS and MES; industrial solutions for automation and identification; wireless sensors or RF tracking tags
