Job summary

Telnyx is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to align priorities, manage timelines, and remove blockers in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

You will leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and boost operational efficiency across programs and launches.

Qualifications

As a Project Manager at Telnyx, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams, you will coordinate priorities, manage timelines, remove blockers, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

• Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with Telnyx products, APIs, or communications infrastructure.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or Monday.com.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations using scripts, APIs, or no-code tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices.
• Experience coordinating product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives.
