Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technical design experience in Women’s apparel across multi-category product lines.
• Experience with pattern adjustments and tech pack creation is preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to learn fit execution under mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Fit Session Execution (Under Supervision): Participate fittings on live fit models and analyze drape, balance, and construction.
• Tech Pack & Spec Updates: Maintain tech packs, measurement charts, BOMs, and grade rules across sizes.
• Factory Fit Comments: Provide clear fit comments with photos and diagrams to overseas vendors.
• Pattern & Construction Analysis: Review pattern corrections and tolerances from handoff to bulk production.
• Sample Approvals: Evaluate PP and TOP samples for workmanship and specs under supervision.
