About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Technical Account Manager to manage technical accounts and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for customer success.

What You'll Do

• Manage a high volume of customers via email, in-app messaging, and outreach.
• Assist customers with technical guidance, best practices, and questions.
• Participate in customer calls to resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on Nerdio's products and services at scale.
• Collaborate internally to solve complex problems and improve service.
• Stay updated on Nerdio’s offerings and industry trends.
• Use tools like Salesforce and Gong to log activities and track metrics.
• Support projects aimed at improving the customer journey.
• Monitor customer health and proactively engage to promote product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in technical account management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its core services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
