Yardi Systems in Santa Barbara, CA seeks an Associate TechnicalAccount Manager to support clients with software setup, troubleshooting, and daily use, ensuring a smooth, successful experience.

You will build expertise in Yardi’s software across financial, operational, and tenant management needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support. Training may require travel in the second week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Services, or equivalent.
• Experience providing live support via phone and email.

Are you passionate about learning new technology andbuilding strong client relationships? We’re looking for an Associate TechnicalAccount Manager (ATAM) to help our clients get the most value from Yardi’sproperty management software solutions.

In this role, you’ll combine your technical aptitude andcommunication skills to support clients through software setup,troubleshooting, and day-to-day use. Whether it's answering a quick question orresolving a challenge, you'll help clients have a smooth, successful experiencewith our software.

You’ll build expertise in how Yardi’s software supports thefinancial, operational, and tenant management needs of organizations around theworld. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll work closely with clients andinternal departments to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support. Ifyou're a quick learner who enjoys exploring technology and making a positiveimpact for clients, we’d love to hear from you.

*** This position requires flexibility for travel during thesecond week of employment for training purposes. Training may be conductedlocally or at an alternate location based on business needs. Candidates shouldbe prepared and available to travel as required during this time. ***

• Provide technical software support, set-up, andimplementation guidance to clients across a suite of products, deliveringassistance via email and phone.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, orComputer/Engineering Services; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email,confidently troubleshooting technical issues.

Ideal to Have:

• Familiarity with property management or real estatesoftware, particularly Yardi.
