Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support multifamily clients with software implementation, onboarding, and day-to-day use of our property management solutions. You will configure deployments, guide setup, and troubleshoot to ensure a seamless client experience.

You’ll build expertise across Yardi’s suite, collaborate with internal teams, and travel as required for training.

Are you passionate about learning new technology andbuilding strong client relationships? We’re looking for an Associate TechnicalAccount Manager (ATAM) to help our multifamily residential clients get the mostvalue from Yardi’s property management software solutions.

In this role, you'll combine your technical aptitude andcommunication skills to support clients through software implementation,onboarding, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use. Working closely with newcustomers, you'll help configure and deploy software solutions, guide usersthrough setup and best practices, and resolve technical issues. Whetherassisting with a new implementation or answering ongoing support questions,you'll play a critical role in ensuring clients have a seamless and successfulexperience with our software.

You’ll build expertise in how Yardi’s software supportsevery stage of the renter journey and equips property managers with the toolsfor financial reporting, leasing, maintenance, and more. As part of acollaborative team, you’ll work closely with clients and internal departmentsto deliver high-quality, solution-focused support. Who You Are:
