Yardi seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) in Santa Ana, CA to provide technical software support, setup and implementation guidance for Yardi Breeze clients. You will help ensure a seamless journey for customers through email and phone support and troubleshoot complex issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

About the Role:

We are activelyseekinghighly motivated, enthusiastic team players with a strong technical aptitude and outstanding customer service skills to join our Yardi Breeze team as Associate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs). As vital members of our team, you will play a significant role in providing technical support for our rapidly expanding software product, Yardi Breeze. Your responsibility will be instrumental in ensuring our clients experience a seamless and efficient journey with our innovative property management solution. *** This position requires flexibility for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes. Training may be conducted locally or at an alternate location based on business needs. Candidates should be prepared and available to travel as required during this time. ***

Who You Are:
