Job summary

Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking an Associate Tech Support Analyst for 3rd shift in Lakeland, FL. You will provide first and second-level support for hardware and software across retail and corporate environments, with shifts typically 9:00pm–7:30am after training, four 10-hour days per week.

In this role you will log incidents, handle high volumes professionally, and monitor alerts to keep systems running smoothly. Prior Publix experience and Windows Server know-how are a plus.

Qualifications

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
