Job Description Job Description Associate Teaching Professor (non tenure-track) to provide quality teaching in Finance at the undergraduate level, advise students, and provide service to the profession and University. This position will begin in the spring semester of 2027. The Department of Finance consists of 18 full-time faculty in the Finance and Real Estate areas and three faculty in the area of Business Legal Studies. There are over 1,600 students majoring in Finance, with over 400 graduates per year in Finance. In addition, the department also has a Real Estate program with approximately 80 majors and supports both Finance and Real Estate minors. In addition, a new minor in Financial Planning and Wealth Management will begin in the Fall of 2026. The department values high quality teaching and research. Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have a doctorate in Finance, or closely related field by date of appointment and have a minimum of 5 years of related experience (teaching and/or professional) with at least two years of full-time teaching experience.
• Consideration will be given to applicants with experience in wealth management field.
