Job summary

The University of Denver's Fisher Early Learning Center, part of Morgridge College of Education, seeks an Associate Teacher to support development in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will help implement curriculum, coordinate family communication, and participate in interdisciplinary teamwork to foster cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent in ECE or related field, ECPD 3.0 credential to be obtained after hire, and 1+

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in ECE, Elementary Education, Special Education, Family and Child Development or Child Psychology.
• Early Childhood Professional Credential ECPD 3.0 through Colorado PDIS immediately following hire
• One or more years of experience working with children.
• Willingness to work with children in an inclusive environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of the classroom environment and curriculum.
• Support planning, organization, and delivery of program services.
• Step in for Lead Teacher during absences and collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team.
