Job summary

GO KIDS INC in Gilroy, CA, seeks a full-time, non-exempt educator to supervise and develop children within their classroom. You will implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, foster positive relationships, and support children’s learning daily.

Responsibilities include DRDP tracking, parent communication, safety, and collaboration with the team to maintain a high-quality program in line with licensing standards. Strong ECE qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Requires 24 units ECE/CD including core courses.
• Experience with curriculum development and portfolio use.
• Knowledge of Title 5 and licensing regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Maintain positive relationships with children and families.
• Ensure health, safety, and age-appropriate activities.
• Document DRDP and progress for each child.
• Prepare snacks and maintain learning materials.
