Associates work closely with mentors, receive regular feedback, and engage in over 300 hours of PD focused on culturally sustaining pedagogy, student talk time, and authentic teacher presence, with gradual release teaching as they grow.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree.
• Commitment to antiracist and inclusive education.
• Willingness to work in person starting July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a mentor lead teacher to develop teaching practice.
• Participate in 300+ hours of weekly professional development.
• Teach across K-8th or 9th-12th grade campuses as you progress.
• Assume duties of absent teachers and support across grade levels.
