Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate for the Energy & Infrastructure group in Washington, DC with at least 2 years of experience in financings and M&A related to power and energy transition transactions.

A JD is required; bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is expected. The candidate should have substantive experience with energy tax credit transactions and be able to draft and negotiate complex joint ventures and tax provisions.
