• Familiarity with tax equity financings, transferable tax credits, and structured financings is a plus.
• Experience with M&A, project development, project finance, and joint venture transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and business professionals to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Participate in high-level client calls and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising sponsors, developers, investors, and financial institutions on complex energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Experience with renewable energy, energy transition, tax credit transactions, and cross-border matters is preferred.

Duties
