Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders within the Care organization, coaching on people-related matters
- Provide employee relations support, assisting in the resolution of workplace concerns
- Conduct timely and thorough internal investigations while maintaining accurate documentation
- Act as a subject matter expert on performance management, workplace concerns, and labor law compliance
- Develop and implement proactive strategies and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnering, or a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience conducting employee investigations and managing workplace conflict
- Ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a healthcare organization
