Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders within the Care organization, coaching on people-related matters
  • Provide employee relations support, assisting in the resolution of workplace concerns
  • Conduct timely and thorough internal investigations while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Act as a subject matter expert on performance management, workplace concerns, and labor law compliance
