A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of recruiting experience are essential, with ATS experience preferred. Candidates should communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities and be willing to travel for business

• Full-cycle recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff non-exempt/exempt positions in a timely manner.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to fill requisitions.
• Pre-screen candidates by phone, video and in person as appropriate.
• Coordinate candidate management activities including scheduling and status updates.
• Assist with background checks and documentation for hires.
