Ares Management Corporation, via its Ada Infrastructure platform, seeks an Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build talent pipelines and fill roles in digital infrastructure across engineering, construction management and operations. You will partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers, managing candidate relationships and delivering sourcing strategies in a fast-growing environment.

The role supports high-volume recruitment across investments, project management, critical facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or international equivalent (as applicable).
• 3–5 years of Talent Sourcing experience in corporate/retained or contingency recruitment.
• Experience sourcing technical talent in Infrastructure, Data Centers, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Boolean searches and strategic talent sourcing methods.
• Workday experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals and talent communities.
• Manage relationships with candidates and internal clients through full lifecycle recruitment.
• Partner with TA team, HR COEs and business leads to understand talent needs and deliver sourcing strategies.
• Act as a positive brand ambassador for Ares and Ada Infrastructure.
