Qualifications

• Background in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with post‑production environments is a plus.
• Scripting with Bash or PowerShell is a plus.
• Interest in networking, storage, and automation technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deployment, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of workstations, servers, storage, and network devices under guidance of senior engineers.
• Respond to technical support requests from production teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Help document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and operational workflows.
• Monitor system performance and assist in identifying issues.
• Participate in on‑call rotations including occasional nights/weekends.
• Support license management and basic automation tasks.
• Learn and apply networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, firewall basics).
