Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or related field with 1 year of experience in the offered role.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or related field with 3 years of experience in the offered role.
• Experience with Oracle, code debugging, or log analysis; UNIX/Shell scripting/Python; SQL performance tuning; SDLC; Windows enterprise systems management.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across engineering domains including datacenter design, networks, storage, and cloud-based solutions.
• Identify and implement automated testing processes, standards, and tools for reliable operations.
• Apply data mining and machine learning to detect and react to infrastructure issues.
• Document repetitive error resolutions to reduce operational errors and improve system health.
