Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to facilitate quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (AOG).
• Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements for escalations.
• Advise customers regarding order status, changes or improvements on AOG requirements.
• Act as a liaison communicating with stakeholders to identify and drive solutions for hard grounded aircraft situations.
• Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution.
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans.
• Assist in collection and processing of supplier/customer data including repair capabilities.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to accomplish common objectives.
• Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate resolutions.
• Use multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG requirements.
• Adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Must be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment.

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Everett WA, or Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
• Must be able to work any shift
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Able to work in fast paced environment while being able to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Customer service experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Summary pay range:$66,000 - $106,950
