H-E-B is offering a structured 6-month Associate Team Leader program in its Texas distribution and supply chain network. The program prepares associates to lead teams across Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation, or eCommerce Fulfillment, with a dedicated trainer and development workshops.
Participants will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, network with Supply Chain Leaders, and develop essential knowledge to advance to a Team Leader role upon completion.

As an Associate Team Leader for H-E-B, you’ll participate in a structured 6-month program that prepares you to lead great people while ensuring our products and supply chain are the most efficient and effective in the business! The program includes a Dedicated Trainer, Professional Development Workshops, exposure to multiple areas of the business, and networking opportunities with Supply Chain Leaders. Upon completion of the program, you will have developed the essential knowledge and skills required to become a Team Leader in one of the following Supply Chain areas: Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation, or eCommerce Fulfillment.
