Rimkus seeks an Associate Structural Engineer to support condition assessments, restoration projects, and design tasks across a range of building types nationwide. You’ll work with licensed engineers and gain experience from field investigations to construction documentation.

The role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals aiming to develop technical expertise while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. A valid driver’s license and potential licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of structural engineering experience.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field investigations, site visits, and condition assessments of existing structures.
• Support structural analysis and design for repair, rehabilitation, and new construction projects.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
