Insight Global's client, a structural engineering firm, seeks a junior to mid-level engineer to contribute to design on U.S. and Canada projects.
You will prepare PE/SE stamped plans, design using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry, and communicate with general contractors and the drafting team. Some travel to project sites across the U.S. is expected; EIT licensure by hire date is preferred, with 2–3 years of experience in an engineering firm or construction setting.

New engineers work closely with all levels of engineers in the company and have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
Day to Day:
· Preparing PE / SE stamped design plans and calculations for temporary and permanent systems on construction projects
· Design using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry construction materials
· Written and verbal communication with general contractors and engineering/drafting project team
· Some travel to project sites around the U.S.
